A: Not really.

Q) Can I chose the source for the METAR data?
A: No.

Q) I cannot find my airport in the METAR data!
A: Probably. Not every airport reports METAR data, some do, but only at certain times. The stations in the raw METAR file are all stations that provided METAR information during the past hour.
